Making a Difference to Romford Customers

Supporting elderly and vulnerable customers in East London

Jo Paveley is a Banking Advisor at Lloyds Bank Romford, and has gone the extra mile to help vulnerable customers, however, she wanted to make a difference to her regular customers and help brighten their day. So over the last few months she has been fundraising and working with her local cafe, Café Bueno, to arrange an afternoon out for her customers. 

The afternoon was a massive success. One of Jo's friends performs in theatre so serenaded the guests before lunch, before a big raffle took place. One of the most popular parts of the day though was when everyone was looking at old photos to compare the branch and local area as it stands today.
