Dig In North West is a peer support to military veterans with mental injuries as a result of their service.

The Lancashire-based community interest company offers meaningful, distracting activities such as gardening, carpentry, photography and fishing, as a means to grow confidence, reduce social isolation, and ultimately increase employability where appropriate.
Donna, a horticultural therapist and wife of a veteran, founded Dig In North West in 2012.

They are based in a walled garden within a local park. The team is made up of people from the military community, both serving and veteran, and their families. They support each other through challenging times and good times.
